Kris is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of KSK Capital. He previously practiced tax law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His legal career provided firsthand experience in navigating the intricate tax, structuring and regulatory considerations that shape complex business transactions.

Kris received his J.D. cum laude from NYU School of Law and A.B. cum laude from Princeton University.
